They instilled in her the essential business savvy needed to navigate a boutique craft, and they remain deeply woven into our daily kitchen adventures—willingly acting as our most trusted food testers, honest flavor critics, and indispensable helpers whenever the production bowls stack up high.
Our Launchpad of Opportunity: Alongside them stand our incredible Aunt and Uncle, who serve as a magnificent second foundation of unconditional love and guidance in our lives. When we set out to establish our professional careers and build a meaningful life for our family in Orange County, they opened a beautiful door for us—providing the very home base where our children could thrive and where the dream of this bakery was first born. Their belief in us gave us the structural launchpad to plant deep, permanent roots in this community.
